Boston Baked Beans
My wife, by her own admission, is not a very good cook but this recipe made her look like a gourmet chef. She made these beans for a party and they were a hit. Very flavorful and with the perfect thickness.

Chicken Flautas
These are made very much like enchiladas but the lack of sauce on top made them bake to a delicious crunchiness. I'll make these again but with a bit more cumin.
