Fluffy Pancakes
This was my first time making pancakes from scratch and they were fantastic! I was lucky enough to have homemade maple syrup which didn't hurt, but the pancakes were light and fluffy and delicious and all the ingredients I needed were all ready in the cupboard. Awesome! My second time making them I used 1 cup of milk instead of 3/4 cups and I found that it made it easier to work with the batter and it made more pancakes without sacrificing anything.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Excellent and simple! Instead of broth I used an India Pale ale beer (1 1/2 cans) and cattleboyz barbaque sauce and it was amazing. First time I made it and my guests ate it all! Dellicious!

Grandma's Meat Sauce
I'm quite surprised at how high this recipe gets reviewed. I followed it exactly and was very disappointed. The meat in the dish was so overwhelming you can not really taste the tomatoes or any of the garlic, I even let it simmer for an extra hour to no avail. This was a bland and heavy sauce, I don't even want to eat the leftovers.
