Linguine Pasta with Shrimp and Tomatoes

Roquefort Pear Salad

I made this salad last night for a party, and I think like half of my guests said it was the highlight of the dinner, because they have never tried a salad with this great variety and it's still so great!

World's Best Lasagna

This lasagna was delicious! Served it for a party and everyone raved about it. People couldn't believe that it was home-made, definitely restaurant status. The only change I would make is to reduce the sodium a little bit, but otherwise it's perfect for company!
