Cola Pot Roast II

EXCELLENT!!! I just made a roast and didn't add the vegetables just so we could make sure we liked the gravy. WOW!!! Everyone liked it :) Thank you so much!!! I did thicken up the gravy a bit with cornstarch/flour and double the gravy, but only used one packet of the dry onion mix (just cause my family isn't onion people.) TRY THIS you WON'T be disappointed.

Peanut Butter Quesadillas

My son really ate this up and he loves peanut butter! This is more filling this way, with the torilla and honey...usually he just eats it by the spoonfuls LOL :) Thanks again!

We didn't especially care for this. Maybe it's because of the Italian breadcrumbs, usually we are a pretty bland family. Thanks for sharing!

Breakfast Burritos

I am rating this five stars because you got three VERY picky children to eat and LIKE this!!! It was very good! I was actually surprised that the refried beans went well with the bacon and eggs. Something nice for a quick and easy meal when daddy isn't home!

Pizza Dip

I'm giving this five stars because all my children really liked it. :) Very rare!!! My husband said it was pretty good and I thought it was alright as well. Tastes just like pizza! We served it with crunchy bread sticks...and tried it with tortilla chips, but the bread sticks really made the difference IMHO. Next time, I'll experiment more and maybe even add some browned sausage to the mix. Thanks!!!!

Pork Chops with Delicious Gravy

I'm giving this four stars because two of my children weren't impressed, but three of us were. It was pretty easy, but I used pancake syrup like another reviewer instead of honey. I may make again with the honey to see if it makes any difference. I also did let it simmer for 30 minutes instead of the allotted time. Thanks for posting!

Banana Bread V

Famous Pork Chops

I was alittle worried about this...just cause of my own cooking abilities...but this can be done even by me, then anyone can do it! It tasted very good, my kids liked them and so did the hubby. I don't think you need three eggs though. I also uncovered them for about 10 minutes to make it more "crunchy" on the top. Thank you!

Cheesy Beef and Bean Bake

Actually I'd give this at least 3.5 stars, but there isn't an option to do so. This was quick and easy with pretty much everything already on hand. I'm not giving this any higher though because my family just wasn't really into it. I'm thinking it's just them though...as I enjoyed it and they really haven't raved about any casserole I've made. Hmmmm
