Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
My family and I loved these. My husband could not believe that there was no crab, he swore he could taste it. Great recipe, thank you.

Zucchini Brownies
So moist and delicious! The frosting was a little rich for my taste, but good. Next time may try less cocoa in the frosting. I was scared at first when mixing the brownie ingredients. I thought it was way too dry...but the zucchini worked its magic and it turned out wonderful. Family loved them. Thank you!

Romano Chicken
Though I have not tried using the microwave on these, I baked them instead, they are very yummy! Thank you for the recipe!
