Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken
Beer can fell down while I was cooking the chicken and spilled the beer. Decided to just cook the chicken in the beer and chicken stock in the bakin dish. Still turned out fantastic, chicken is very juicy and tender.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
Great recipe. Turkey came out juicy. Used it on a 17 lb bird, cooked it with stuffing for 5 hours for 350, basted it frequently with the bouillon onion parsley and wter mixture. Delicious.

Make-Ahead Turkey Gravy
Awesome recipe. I used the turkey neck too. Very tasty.
