Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole
I give the original recipe 2 stars. I thought it was tastless and had a weird mushy texture. But I did try it again changing a few things. I added 1/4 lb. of bacon, an onion, and chipotle peppers. Turned out much better flavor wise but I will not try again simply because of the texture.
