I don't necessarily like to cook but as a mom, it's a necessary evil made easier due to the fact that my husband does all my shopping. Polish, that's my comfort food. My grandmother was from Poland and that's the food I grew up with. I think in a prior life I was Mexican because I like food super spicy ala Mexicana! Having my kids enjoy eating without a fuss. Pulling together a great Christmas Eve dinner by cooking with my husband and having everything done so I can enjoy my company.
