all i can say is wow! I have never made ginger cookies before and honestly would rather have chocolate, but this recipie turned me. This cookies are soft, spicy, and wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly except i found a recipe on vanilla glaze on this site and drizzled that on top so they would look like the picture. They are amazing! I plan on making these for xmas gifts this year!
