Pecan Sandies
Amen Sister, these are really good!!! I followed the recipe exactly. Before baking I used the sugared bottom of a glass to gently smash the cookie just a little bit flat. Some cookies are good warm out of the oven but these are best cooled.

Baked Potato Soup
This recipe gets 5 stars. I made it exactly as per Kristi's recipe and it was the best ever. I can imagine that adding some minced clams or canned salmon would work very well. As is, I wouldn't change a thing if you want a hearty and delicious soup.
