This is THE easiest and best chicken noodle soup!! I use all of the ingredients listed in different amounts (based on my family and preferences). In lieu of chicken broth you can use chicken bouillon or caldo de pollo. I also use canned chicken breasts which make this recipe a snap. My husband HATES soups but loves when I make this. A definite 5 star rating--GREAT for pick-me-ups, cold days, to ease cold symptoms, etc.!
