Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
This recipe was great! My family loved it. But since my boyfriend hates mushrooms, I substituted with onion instead. The carmelized rings looked so pretty and tasted delicious with the sauce. I also sprinkled a bit of dried basil because I unexpectedly ran out of thyme.

Famous Pork Chops
Quick, easy and very tasty! I used Ritz crackers (half a tube will do), and I found that 3 eggs were way too much. I would use 2 at most.
