Incredible muffins! I used fresh cranberries and followed the recipe exactly except for adding another half cup of cranberries without chopping them. I highly recommend trying these!

This recipe needs tweaking. I've attempted it twice and haven't been satisfied yet. It was super dry-not sticking together at all so i added a tiny bit of water. then when i added the corn and jalapenos when instructed the dough was mushy and needed flour. once i got the moisture evened out it end result is decent and enjoyable but nothing I would rave about.

Super moist! i added extra flour because it seemed sticky during the first need. even with the extra flour its the most moist bread I've made so far! My chocolate chips all melted and blended into the bread so its a nice shade of brown.. Will try freezing the chips next time and adding in the final need.
