I'm 23 currently serving in the Army in Germany, but I'll be getting out in 8 months to follow my real dream of becoming a Chef back home in California. I love to Creole, Cajun,Southern and Asian inspired foods. I make a really good Gumbo. Thanksgiving when I was eight my grandmother had me set the table. When I was about thirteen I moved into the kitchen to help with the cooking. While living in Germany a friend of mine offered to let me cook at one of his bars in Werzburg Germany for Thanksgiving. It was a huge success. I messed up a Pecan pie one time. The outside was burned and the middle was under cooked. That was a year ago, haven't cooked it since.
