Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Boy, will you ever need a big glass of milk for these. They are like crunchy versions of peanut butter balls.

Papa Drexler's Bavarian Pretzels
These are wonderful and easy to make. So quick we have them often for supper. I've replaced one cup of the flour with whole wheat flour and they were also great. Couple of tips: 1) Don't cut the kneading time short or the dough will turn to goo when you do the baking soda dunk and 2) I limited the Boil to a 15 second per side dunk and that worked well.

Barbecued Pot Roast
easy, tender, and delicious. I was out of lemon juice but it didn't affect the overall flavor. I threw in some potatoes and carrots. I bet it would be better the next day, but I wouldn't know because there were no leftovers.
