Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Excellent recipe. Followed other reviewers recommendation of doubling the marinade and making a gravy from it. Also only marinaded the pork for 3 hours and it still had lots of flavour. I really like how I had all the ingridents in house and was able to make a really nice meal that you would get in a restauarnt.
