Excellent recipe. Followed other reviewers recommendation of doubling the marinade and making a gravy from it. Also only marinaded the pork for 3 hours and it still had lots of flavour. I really like how I had all the ingridents in house and was able to make a really nice meal that you would get in a restauarnt.

Loved this recipe. Didn't have cloves so we added garlic instead. Besides that we followed the recipe. Great simple recipe for a ham. We also sliced our ham afterwards for lunch meat for the week. This recipe worked great for that since it gave the ham a nice little tang to the flavour.
