Spring Lime Tea Cookies
My cookies came out nicely brown on the outside but way too soft on the inside. More like a crumbly mini cake than a cookie. Also, the lime zest was a bit overpowering, made the taste too bitter. And there wasn't enough lime taste! In fact, you could only smell the lime but not actually taste it. Not a recipe I'll be a trying again.

Fresh Ginger Cookies
Substituted honey for the molasses and brown sugar instead of white. Also added one teaspoon each of nutmeg and cinnamon. End result was great! I love the taste but wondering how to make them a little less chewy and more crispy?
