Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II
I made this into a cookie cake and it turned out wonderful! I had to bake it for about 25 mins until the top was golden brown. Who needs to make individual cookies when these are great. They were soft and very chocolatey. I will never buy another cookie cake from the grocery store again. Thanks a bunch!

Garlic Shrimp Linguine
This was a bit dry. After seeing how dry it would be, I made an extra batch of sauce. I quadrupled (4X) the butter, wine, and parmesan. I only doubled the garlic. Make sure that the wine is a good table wine. The next time I make it, I won't put the parmesan in with the sauce. Most of it stuck to the bottom. We all enjoyed it very much after adding additional sauce.

Pesto Torta (Layered Spread)
This was very good. I served it at a small gathering and it went over very well. I chopped the peppers to make it easier to serve. I think that sun dried tomatoes (as someone else suggested) would be a great addition. I will definitely make again.
