SO yummy! I marinated it for two days and then hung it in the oven to dry out. I used sriracha hot sauce and they were a tiny bit too spicy and I'm a huge fan of spice so that's saying something. Already planning on making another batch this weekend!

Ham and Cheese Quiche

This is the first time I have ever made quiche and it turned out SO good! I didn't have swiss cheese so I used feta instead and didn't have half and half so I used whipping cream with a little water. I also left out the mushrooms because I think they are yucky. I was very surprised how flavorful it was and it looks so pretty. This is my new go-to quiche recipe! Thanks for sharing :)

Lemonade Frosting

Love, love, love this frosting! Very easy to make. I used it to make Strawberry Lemonade Cupcakes. I used whit cake, strawberry filling, and this frosting. Everyone LOVED them. I was worried that it might not hold up enough to look nice on the cupcakes but it did fine.

Beer Sausage

Very good recipe! The cabbage kinda stunk up my house but it was worth it. I live in Texas so I used Shiner Bock for the beer. Turned out really well. My husband thought it was missing something so he added horse radish. It gave it that extra little kick that it seemed to be missing. I will make it again but I will probably put a thin layer of horse radish over the cabbage next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Upside Down Turkey

YUM!!! Best turkey ever. I cooked mine in an oven bag and added pepper and garlic powder. My husband also got a little crazy with the flavor injector. It was SOO moist. Never again will I cook my turkey the other way.

Pumpkin Roll II

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

This pizza is awesome! I have made it twice. Once with the fontina (which is a little spendy at my grocery store) and once with out it. Both times it was great! My husband is a meat and potato guy and he really likes it. For the crust, I used the stuff that comes in those pop cans (where you find the biscuits and cinnamon rolls) it turns out really yummy!
