My name is Shannon. I am a certified baker and i absolutely love to bake. It is not only my career but it is my passion. I have a big family which means there is always an occasion to bake! I am always looking for something new to try. I have used this site several time to do it too! ummmm that's all i can think of to say! Creme brulee, any form of cake, cookies, tarts, breads, pastries, basically any type of baking! When i was in school i got the best baking intern job you could possibly imagine because of all my hard work and creativity i put into recipes.... i take baking very seriously but i also have a ton of fun doing it! my boss let me have my fun in the kitchen but also kept me on a strict schedule which caused me to graduate as one of the top of my class! oh boy. the only tragedy i can think of was my biggest one ever! i was in school and i was new to the baking world and i asked my instructor if the cut out cookie recipe called for 8 eggs or 8 pounds of eggs and she said pounds. i guess i should have made sure i had her attention because it was only 8 eggs and we wound up making over 135 pounds worth of cut out cookies because of it!
