Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
Awesome recipe!! My husband loved it. I also used 2 cans of enchilada sauce since we like extra for dipping.

Herbed Pork Roast
I added a bit of garlic powder. I didn't have any sage so I used cilantro flakes. I also used a can of chicken broth while baking. Very simple to make!
