My Best Clam Chowder
Overall good, but next time I'm cutting WAY back on the half and half. This is super creamy.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
As is the recipe is just alright, but if you follow the advice of many of the reviewers it's a fantastic recipe. I've tried making it in the slow cooker, and on the stove, and personally, I think this tastes better NOT slow cooked.

Coconut Shrimp I
I think maybe I did something wrong because the batter did not stick to the shrimp, and it fell apart in the cooking process. Since everyone else is giving this great reviews it was probably just something I did wrong, but I won't try it again, because shrimp are costly.
