My 6 year old has been begging me to make banana bread for days now and I have put it off because its always either too mushy or to hard. But I got up this morning before her and found this recipe with all the great reviews and it turned out wonderfully. She was so happy and even asked to take some in her lunch box. :) I will never go looking for another banana bread recipe.
