Braised Balsamic Chicken
I had just made this a couple nights ago and it turned out really great. I used about 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 cup chicken stock. It had great flavor throughout. I let it simmer quite a bit longer than it suggests, and when the sauce started getting a little to thick, i just added some water here and there.
