I'm a mom of two, grandma of five and from an italian family. I used to cook and entertain quite often, but now it's dinner for two. Meals that will freeze. Summer time fresh grilled meats and fished and fresh vegetables. I like to make soups in the winter. I also enjoy to create salads. Turkey for Thanksgiving. My family enjoys other entrees such as standing rib roasts and hams. We always have a turkey though. We are always looking to try a new stuffing recipe. I often refer to my old southern living recipes. Crown roast pork. Prime rib. Beautiful table settings. All baking endeavors :)
