This was very good! I burned my brother's birthday cake. So I told his friends (at the party) that they could just eat the icing off the leftover cake if they wanted to.. And they did!

Coq au Creme

This was alright but it wasn't great. Maybe I didn't enjoy it very much because I ommitted the mushrooms.. But I don't like mushrooms!

I love these cookies! I made them a while back but I never reviewed the recipe for some reason... The cookies turn out soft and chewy (and stay that way days later). Very very good, I've never tried another recipe, this one was great.

Bread Pudding II

I really liked this recipe! I had some left over french bread which I wasn't sure what to do with and figured a pudding would be nice... It sure was! I used one egg less (they were big and I didn't want it to be to "eggy" anyway). I also used brown sugar intead of white sugar and added nutmeg to the whole. Oh and I didn't use any raisins. I really recommend it... I'm thinking of making it for my family when they come over next weekend.

Carrot Cake III

I had never made carrot cake before... But now I had 5lbs of carrot I had to do something with!! So I decided to make a cake and I found this recipe... It is REALLY good! I substituted about 1/3 of the oil for unsweetened apple sauce. Also, I had twice the amount of icing I needed. I really recommend this cake to anyone and everyone!
