Pineapple Pork Chop Suey

Followed the basic recipe but added green bell pepper, broccoli, and onion. It was very good, and we'll be making it again.

Roast Duck with Apple Dressing

This was pretty good. I wouldn't really change anything- just remember to adjust to the size of your bird.

Curry Pumpkin Soup

This was pretty good. Used pureed fresh pumpkin and brown sugar. It was a bit bland, so I used some chili pepper flakes to spice it up.
