Stuffed Pasta Shells
good, but seems a bit bland to me. needs more seasoning then the recipe calls for. I guess at least a good starting point....will experiment with more next time...

Potato Leek Soup III
Best Potato and leek soup I've found. I cut down the butter to 3/4, changed the heavy cream to homogonized milk and added garlic and onion powder. Great when it's cold outside!
