Curried Hummus
I normally do not like hummus, but I loved this one. I served it at a small Indian themed dinner party, and it was GOBBLED up by all my guests. Some of my guests were lovers of hummus and commented that they liked the refreshing difference of this dish. So easy, and so good. Highly recommended!

Italian Veggie Rolls
I have made this recipe several times now, and it is ALWAYS a big hit. It's amazing how much flavor these rolls have. I have been asked for this recipe several times. This has become my "back-up" recipe whenever I want to make something I KNOW everyone will like.

Cathy's Banana Bread
A VERY good bread, but I did add a 1/2 tsp of banana extract, and I'm glad I did because the banana taste was pretty faint. However, this bread got rave reviews from those who ate it. All in all, a good bread.
