Grandma's Corn Bread Dressing
Must say I did a lot of changes but it tasted great. Used more celery and onion and added 1/3 of a red and a green bell pepper and a can of cream of chicken soup to the rest of the ingredients. Adjusted the stock to keep the right consistancy. And cut way back on the sage to around 1-2 tsp. Used a smaller pan also. Maybe a 9x9.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
The flavor was good but the corn seemed to be overwhelmed by the corn bread. Did follow the recipe without any changes.

Fudge Brownies I
These came out quite well making them by the recipe. Was tempted to cut back on the eggs after reading the reviews, but used all 4 and they turned out great. I didn't have the unsweetened chocolate squares so did the cocoa and oil substitute. Also left out the nut. Did bake it in the 9x13 pan and they came out great. Moist and fudgy, not cake like at all.
