Black Hills Golden Egg Bake
I followed the recipe exactly other than substituting onions for green pepper and leaving out the sausage (because I didn't have any on hand) and this recipe was very very good! I was a bit worried because when I mixed the flour and eggs it seemed very lumpy (no matter how well I mixed) but the end result was great. Next time I might grease the pan more just because it was a bit stuck on the bottom coming out! It reminds me of a quiche and it's very yummy... nice presentation, would be great for company!

Pizza Pasta
I did not have any pepperoni so made it without. I added red peppers and fried them with the onions/ground beef. Also, I added a can of tomato soup to the large jar of spaghetti sauce and it was the perfect amount and flavor. Very very good!

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
I have never been successful at making a hash brown that didn't either burn, turn out raw or just plain tasted bad! I was so excited when I made these... they are fabulous!!! I made them for breakfast but would make them at dinner too! I followed the recipe exactly other than adding in a bit more spices (seasoning salt & onion)... yum yum yum! Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper!
