Turkey Brine
EXCELLENT FLAVOR! My first time brining a turkey and it came out tender, juicy, and flavorful. I also followed other reviewers suggestions and used 1/2 veg broth and 1/2 apple juice. Before cooking I added 2 celery stalks, 1 onion, 1 lime, 1 lemon, and herbs. My 17 lb bird cooked in 3.5 hours.
