About this Cook
I'm one of those who need a coffee every hour. Never seem to get enough sleep or cookies. Too busy...
My favorite things to cook
Cookies, and I make amazing pasta and chinese noodles.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Always holiday cookies.
My cooking triumphs
I still remember the first time I made cookies(11 years old? I always cooked and baked on my own). They came out completely deformed and burnt. I cried for hours, if you were there, you would too. So a month later, decided to try again, and oh my god came out almost perfect cookies(I think they were shortbread). In comparison to the burnt cookies, they were amazing, and then I cried some more(I get sensitive about baking a lot).
My cooking tragedies
Whoah, way too much to list, but I learn from my mistakes :) Fine then, some almost set my house on fire, but one time, I completely burnt a cake that everyone wanted during Christmas because I was talking too much and forgot about it.(I never use timers by the way) I changed from the most loved person at my place to the least.

Original Nestle(R) Toll House(R) Chocolate Chip Cookies
Definitely the best chocolate chip cookie recipe EVER! I usually add pecans. Yumm... Double this recipe and freeze some cookie dough for the holidays(or everyday)!

Double Chocolate Chip Macadamia Cookies
Average cookie recipe. I made a couple of adjustments. Added 1/4 cup of flour, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Only used white chocolate chips. Turned out great! Without my adjustments though, I think it would've turned out two or three stars, that's why I rated it three.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I
First time making Oatmeal Raisin. Actually turned out great!!! I never even liked them until I made some using this recipe. Freezes well, just thaw for 2-3 hours before baking.
