Soft Giant Pretzels
This recipe won great reviews in my house. Surprised since I am the only one "always" opting for the pretzels in the mall rather than something else. Easy, fast and best of all tasty. I used bread flour and only 2 tbsp. brown sugar (as someone suggested). Came out great. Also noticed that when some were left in the salt bath longer (20 sec.) they came out chewier than the rest.
