Classic Macaroni and Cheese
Not quite as good as my regular mac & cheese recipe, but it's a close second and much easier and faster to prepare. I used shredded cheddar instead of slices and sprinkled buttered bread crumbs on top.

Best Ever Muffins
This is a really good basic muffin recipe. It's very versatile and not difficult at all to prepare. Moist and delicious.

Pumpkin Roll II
Very impressive and delicious recipe. I make this every year and everyone loves it. Looks a lot more difficult than it actually is.
