Fresh Broccoli Salad
Delicious. I omitted the raisins and almonds, but added chopped walnuts and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Perfection.

Easy Chicken Divan
I used one can cream of chicken soup and one can cream of mushroom. Also used fresh broccoli. My family LOVED this recipe, even my husband who hates casseroles. Served it over rice. Delicious, easy, fast, and uses ingredients I usually have on hand.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese
Not quite as good as my regular mac & cheese recipe, but it's a close second and much easier and faster to prepare. I used shredded cheddar instead of slices and sprinkled buttered bread crumbs on top.
