Well, I have been in Hotel & Resturant management for several years and I love to cook, anything and everything!! My wife and two little girls love when I am home and cook. I have yet to find anything they won't eat when I make it!
My favorite things to cook
It's hard to say what my favorite things are to cook.... As long as I am cooking I am happy, well as long as I have someone to cook for. I hate just cooking for myself.
My favorite family cooking traditions
In my family we always exchange recipes and Ideas. But the on rule is always clean as you go! "If you have time to LEAN, you have time to CLEAN!!" I hate a messy work area!
My cooking triumphs
Pulled off cooking my first banquet for 300 people when I was only 19. I had a full kitchen staff but it was still nice to see everything come together!!
