Swedish Cardamom Meatballs
I followed the recipe exactlly and they were way too sweet for us. I tried adding some sour cream and then some dry red wine and they still were not edible. I may try them again without using any sugar. The spice blend was good just overpoweringly sweet.

Skillet Herbed Chicken with Mustard
Wow! What a great recipe. The herbs really made this dish. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. I used fresh herbs and it was delicious. I will certainly make this dish again. Thanks for sharing.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
Very great recipe. The meat was very tender when sliced properly. I wasn't sure we would like the beer in it, but it really added a lot of flavor. I used hard crusty rolls and they didn't fall apart when dipped. I will definately make this again, soon!
