Baked Potato Soup
I doubled this recipe, left the bacon in the soup, used all the drippings when sauteeing, only used 1/2 an onion (we aren't huge onion fans), cut the basil in half and topped with green onions. These small changes kept the original recipe intact but fit our families tastes and we loved it. No changes other than what I did necessary!
