Peanut Butter Dreams
Easy to make and super good! I used gloves to hand mix the peanut butter mixture. I placed the peanut butter balls on wax paper and placed them in the freezer for about 8 minutes to firm them up before coating them with the chocolate. It worked really well!

Tomatillo Salsa Verde
This recipe was easy to make and was delicious. I did not have cumin so I substituted with chili powder and it was fine! The salsa went great on my enchiladas or just alone with chips!
