Lemon Butter Chicken
I did not love this recipe. My family ate it, but did said it was not their favorite. Very acidic with the italian dressing and the lemon. It was very tender.

Mexican Rice II
Made this to go with Chile Verde. It is delicious! I highly recommend it. I doubled the recipe and added some diced tomatoes because I did not have quite enough tomato sauce.
