I also cook for other groups, such as social clubs. Mastering a yeast bread recipe I saw and adapted it to meet my special taste. It took me approximately (2) two years to perfect it. Having my rolls not to rise and I'm needing some bread in two hours. I stirred some yeast into the dough and placed it back into the mixer ad it rose enough for me to serve some HOT ROLLS. I HOPE IT NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN.
