Flavorful Beef Stir-Fry
Big hit with the family. After the kids took their servings I added a bit of chili paste to the rest to spice it up for the adults. The only thing I would disagree with is the 10 minute prep time. If you're cutting all these veggies and meat, it takes alot longer. If you buy everything washed and cut you might be able to throw it together in 10 minutes.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)
I don't care why this works or what each ingredient does - all I care about is it worked! I've never had such perfect eggs!!! The last 2 years we haven't even been able to peel our eggs on Easter because they just crumble in our hands. This Easter they were perfect so, Ken, thanks for sharing your sleepless night with us!
