I dont know what it is but I can not cook pork for the life of me! It always turns out dry and hard. It is my nemesis most definitly!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
This is soo good! I have made it twice for Thanksgiving and then Easter and each time everyone LOVED it! I did add some diced jalapeno to add a little kick but it's still great without any changes! Definitly a keeper!

Baked Salmon II
We loved this! Will make it again. I did cut back to only 2 Tbsp of olive oil though 6 is way to much!
