Sneaking healthy foods and options into treats for my picky children (and husband)so that they will eat it and never know it's good for them! Although I was born and raised in Maryland, my parents are from the south, so I learned a lot of "southern style" cooking, which I do love (but due to the lack of health conscience options, I only do on rare occasions). Growing up & living on the Chesapeake Bay, I can cook some "mad" seafood dishes & I am quite the connoisseur of Crab recipes! Don't mess with my crabcakes, they are NOT supposed to be loaded with breadcrumbs & other fillers! and they need just a bit' of Old Bay! NO PEPPERS of any kind should ever be added!
