I'm a geek of all trades, usually working on either a sewing or computer modding project. While cooking really isn't my favourite thing to do, I absolutely love to make cheesecake. ^^ Cheesecake! Every Christmas Eve my mom bakes a bacon-mushroom pie for dinner. The entire family looks forward to it every year. I was pretty proud of my white chocolate strawberry cheesecake, since it came out nearly perfect. I've had iffy luck since then, but I'm on the quest to perfect my cheesecake baking. My White Russian Raspberry cheesecake was a disaster. I followed the recipe exactly, and there was so much butter in the crust that it actually drained out onto the cake tray and solidified. Ugh. It was vile. Working on making it better, though.
