I had the wrong kind of green tea so I couldn't taste the tea in it at all (despite tripling the original requirement). In the end it tasted like a vanilla cake, but it was a delicious vanilla cake. My only complaint, and it's a rather important one, is that it called for way too much OIL. A whole cup? My cupcakes leave rings wherever you set them down, and that's through the paper. Next time I'll skip oil and use apple sauce instead, I think it'd play nicely off the tea flavour. Oh, and I'll use the right kind of tea. ;)

Very moist and delicious. Made them for Mother's Day and iced with Betty Crocker whipped cream cheese frosting (I was pressed for time!); they were a HUGE hit. Fed the leftovers to my coworkers and not one could tell there was tomato soup in it. Printing it out to keep. :)

I steamed broccoli, skipped the garlic and substituted onion powder because I hate chopping things (heh!), but otherwise followed the recipe and found that it took at least twice as long to fully cook. I was so hungry that I had to snack while I waited for the egg to set. :
