Crumb Cake I
I was not impressed with this crumb cake at all. This is not your typical idea of a crumb cake. It was more like a Shortbread, cake. Although it was tasty, I couldn't bring myself to not add cinnamon - which was how this recipe was written. I would also take up the advice of other reviewers and double the amount of crumb mixture, as 1/2 cup was not nearly enough. Overall, I would say this cake could be used as a good base, with different toppings and the like, but not an excellent crumb case in iteself.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I cannot remember when I liked a recipe as much as this Broiled Tilapia Parmesan. Like other reviewers, I did not have celery salt on hand, so I substituted with a dollop of cream of celery soup. From start to finish this recipe took 10 minutes and was mouthwatering delicious. A definite keeper!

Biggest Bestest Burger
Absolutely best homemade burger ever! We are not big fans of teriyaki sauce, so we used our favorite steak sauce, Peter Luger's, instead. We didn't use onion buns, as suggested, but used potato buns. We topped the burgers with cheese, bacon, and caramelized onions and now I have to go get something to eat b/c my mouth is watering. A definite keeper !!!
