About this Cook
I am 21 years old so I have just started being interested in cooking. I live with my boyfriend who has a big appetite and I love to entertain. I have people over for board games or puzzles, football games, dinner, or just to drink and have fun. So I need a lot of recipe ideas.
My favorite things to cook
Well since I just started cooking, the things I do best would be chicken parmesan, mushroom pork chops, and Shepherd's Pie.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every Thanksgiving my Grandpa will make the best stuffing in the world.
My cooking tragedies
I am really bad at trying to make wine sauces or reductions. It always turns out disgusting.

Mini Meatloaves
I love this recipe. It didn't make 8 loafs for me though. I had about 5 mini loafs. The cheese and oats really make the recipe.

Mushroom Pork Chops
I gave this recipe a four star just because it needs a little more. I had to use two cans of mushroom soup to smother the pork chops and it will also leave some extra to put on your mash potatoes which just makes the dish. I recommend leaving the pork chops simmering in the soup for 35 minutes or so. It lets the pork chop marinate in the seasonings and mushrooms. Definitely makes the chops more flavorful. My two sides were mashed potatoes with the extra gravy and green beans which I sauteed with the extra onion and mushrooms.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
This was the best chicken parmesan I have ever had. In the past I would lay the chicken on a pan and spoon some sauce over each one but this time i put the chicken in the sauce and it kept the chicken really moist. I used italian breadcrumbs and subbed mozzarella cheese instead of monterey jack.
