Hi. I'm 24 years old and have been cooking ever since I can remember. My mom would have me and my siblings help her make breads and cookies. I suppose that's where I acquired my love for cooking. I was a cook at a casino for 3.5 years. I plan on opening my own cafe eventually. Right now I'm a Sheriff Communication Officer for Riverside County. I love trying new recipes and have seen a lot of yummy looking ones for future use. I love baking the most. Not just baking the cake though, I like decorating them also. I like making Mexican/Italian/American foods the best. My all time favorite food is Lasagna. I like try8ing different internatonal foods too. We usually make our own birthday/holiday cakes. We try to get real creative and attempt new themes. I make a strawberry and cream cake that the people at my work are constantly asking for. I like to think of myself as experienced when it comes to cakes, but I'm always learning new things. When I was younger I wanted to cook bacon fast so I just turned up the heat to the electric stove. I never really cooked on an electric stove before so wasn't familiar with it. The bacon cooked and burned faster than I could turn it over. My dad still doesn't let me live that down :)
