Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
WOW!!! I was craving a dessert with berries, and this recipe was delicious! I used 3 tablespoons of butter (instead of 4) and doubled the recipe. I'm glad that I doubled it because when it was done baking, it filled an 8-inch square baking dish perfectly. I used blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries. My husband and I enjoyed a piece a few minutes after it came out of the oven--while it was still warm. Super tasty!

Apple Strudel Muffins
I made these muffins for my mom, and they taste great! I used 2 cups of apples (instead of 1 1/2 cups), 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup white sugar (instead of 1 cup white sugar), and added cinnamon and nutmeg. I didn't include the strudel topping on the muffin (because my mom doesn't like things too sweet), and they still turned out very tasty!

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies
These are perfect cookies! They're very moist, chewy, and not too sweet. Since I have a 3-month old baby, I really appreciate recipes that are quick and simple, like this one! I altered the recipe by using whole wheat flour (because that's all I had in my cupboard) and semi-sweet chocolate chips. I also doubled the recipe, and I'm so glad that I did because these cookies are yummy! Doubling the recipe made 3 dozen medium sized cookies! I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who likes oatmeal, peanut butter, and chocolate! What a delicious combo!
